That’s me!

My name is Henny Hoppenbrouwer and I breed Thai cats.
When I got my first chocolate-point Siamese cat at the age of 6 years, I was captivated and realized, that there was no way for me to live without Siamese cats.

I was lucky enough to spend 22 years with this marvelous cat.

And then Sushy came – a seal-point Siamese cat with a very unique character.
Foreign adults weren’t even allowed to touch her, but she adored children!
They could dress her and carry her around in a stroller like a toddler.
Sushy died at the age of 16.

In 2002 I adopted Buri and Shiva, two seal-point Siamese cats.
He was a traditional and big tomcat, wheras she was a very petite and modern queen.
These two are the founders of my cattery, Cattery van de Hijkerhoeve!
